Use
The high-current short-circuit device is designed according to the requirements of various battery short-circuit test standards; according to the standard, the short-circuit device must be less than 5mΩ to obtain the maximum short-circuit current required by the test; in addition, the circuit design of the short-circuit device must also be able to withstand the impact of high current. Therefore, we will use industrial-grade DC electromagnetic contactors, all-copper terminals and internal copper plates for diversion. The built-in active ball axial fan provides effective heat dissipation protection, which makes the high-current short-circuit device safer, effectively reduces the loss of test equipment, and ensures the test The accuracy of the data. The judgment standard of the battery short-circuit test result is: the battery does not fire or explode as qualified. 
Test purposes

The remote-control high-current short-circuit device is designed according to the requirements of various battery short-circuit test standards, and the short-circuit device must meet the internal resistance range of far less than 100mΩ to obtain the maximum short-circuit current required by the test.
