The desktop xenon lamp aging test chamber is a compact, simple, and cost-effective xenon lamp aging test chamber that can reproduce the damage caused by full-spectrum sunlight and rainwater. It uses a low-power air-cooled xenon lamp and a mirror reflection system to ensure that the irradiation energy inside the test chamber is sufficiently large and evenly distributed. It comes standard with a UV extension filter that allows UV light below the natural sunlight cutoff point (equivalent to sunlight without the atmosphere) to pass through, providing faster and more severe test conditions for artificial climate accelerated aging tests.

The desktop xenon lamp aging test chamber is a compact, simple, and cost-effective xenon lamp aging test chamber that can reproduce the damage caused by full-spectrum sunlight and rainwater. It uses a low-power air-cooled xenon lamp and a mirror reflection system to ensure that the irradiation energy inside the test chamber is sufficiently large and evenly distributed. It comes standard with a UV extension filter that allows UV light below the natural sunlight cutoff point (equivalent to sunlight without the atmosphere) to pass through, providing faster and more severe test conditions for artificial climate accelerated aging tests.

 

Operators can set various parameters required for the test (irradiation energy, irradiation time, blackboard temperature, etc.) through the touch controller, and can view the machine's operating status at any time. The operating parameters during the test can be directly downloaded to a computer via a USB interface.

 

The desktop xenon lamp aging test chamber has a small size and is easy to install, with samples conveniently mounted horizontally on a flat sample tray. It is an excellent choice for laboratories with limited budgets or those that only occasionally require testing.

 

 

Main Performance Features:

 

The desktop xenon lamp aging test chamber is equipped with a full-spectrum xenon gas lamp tube that meets international standards, most authentically reproducing the full-spectrum natural sunlight. The lamp tube is of the air-cooled type, which is more economical, more efficient, and easier to maintain.

 

  Filters: The selection of filters can simulate various environments, including direct sunlight and sunlight transmitted through glass windows. The performance of the filters does not decrease with the increase of usage time, therefore, filters do not need to be replaced under normal operation. The xenon lamp has a long service life of up to 1500 hours and is cost-effective, with simple lamp tube replacement.

 

Alarm Protection Features: Over-temperature, irradiance error, and door open machine stop protection.

Light Source: 1.8KW air-cooled xenon lamp (with a normal service life of about 1500 hours).

Filters: UV extension filter (sunlight filter or window glass filter can also be selected).

Effective Exposure Area: 1000cm² (can accommodate 9 pieces of 150×70mm samples at a time).

Irradiance Monitoring Method: 340nm or 420nm or 300nm~400nm (select one before ordering).

Irradiance Setting Range: 30W/m²~100W/m² (300nm~400nm) or 0.3 W/m²~0.8 W/m² (@ 340nm) or 0.5 W/m²~1.5 W/m² (@ 420nm).

Black Panel Temperature Setting Range: Room temperature +20℃~90℃ (varies depending on the ambient temperature and the set irradiance value).
