The PW-CSS10-40A SAFT Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber is a tester designed for testing the anti-blocking properties of samples, assessing the holding power of pressure-sensitive adhesives, and conducting static load tests. In a simulated constant temperature and humidity environment, it automatically times how long the adhesive tape can remain under a specified load to determine the durability of the adhesive tape's adhesion. When the adhesive tape falls off the steel plate, the timer automatically retains the test duration, used to evaluate the persistent adhesion of the tape in high-temperature environments.

Suitable for the holding power tests of various adhesive products, such as pressure-sensitive tapes, medical patches, self-adhesive labels, protective films, etc.

It can simulate various environmental conditions such as high temperature and high humidity, high temperature and low humidity, low temperature and high humidity, high temperature, and low temperature. It is equipped with easy-to-operate and learn high-accuracy programming controls to provide a testing environment.

 

Testing Principle:

The test plate with the adhered sample is vertically hung on the test rack, and a specified weight of weight is hung at the lower end. The resistance of the adhesive sample to pull-off is characterized by the displacement of the sample after a certain period or the time when the sample completely detaches.

Maintenance and Care:

 

Cleaning: Keep the machine clean at all times. Wipe the machine with a cotton cloth before and after each use to maintain cleanliness.

Rust Prevention: Spray rust-proof oil once a week on the metal parts of the machine surface (wipe it clean 2 hours after spraying).
