1, Servo actuator and driver (single channel):
The effective stroke of the actuator is 50mm, with a high-precision digital displacement sensor, and the buffer zone is designed at the limit position of the amplitude of the actuator to avoid damage caused by uncontrolled operation.
The actuator system adopts a gap elimination device, automatic centering of force value, reducing lateral force, reducing the impact of high-frequency tensile test, and effectively improving the test waveform.
2, Data acquisition and control system:
Composed of a single-channel all-digital dynamic and static servo controller, computer and software, and accessories.
3, High-precision load sensor:
Adopt high precision load sensor with 120% overload capacity. Placed in the front of the actuating piston, with a self-locking nut. The sensor is calibrated before leaving the factory.
